Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Please allow at least one week for delivery. Most of our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at  [email protected] and we will do our very best to make it happen!
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you in the same beautiful condition as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at [email protected]

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered a damage or defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must be in possession of the item and provide proof of defect via email (photos) within 7 days of delivery date.

If your recipient resides in a condo or apartment , Please provide the recipient’s phone number not YOURS as this may delay delivery and incur a re-delivery charge.
